The best all around flat surface to do your craft on!
For mouthpiece refacing one needs a VERY flat surface that a standard sheet of sandpaper can fit on well. Our 4.5″ x 9″ x 3/8″ thick refacing glass is perfect! A standard 8 1/2″ x 11″ piece of sandpaper, cut in half, fits like a glove!
Such a thick piece of glass is needed so the glass surface does not bend while refacing. The surface must remain perfectly flat.
