Refund policy
Returns
Our policy lasts 7 days on instruments, 15 days on all other items. If 7 or 15 days have gone by (respectively) since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Reasonable use for demo purposes are acceptable, as long the item can still be sold in brand new condition.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. You are responsible for returning the item(s) to North Country Winds.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Any item that is returned more than 7 or 15 days after delivery
Re-stock fee
I reserve the right to charge up to a 5% re-stock fee on returns, plus the outbound shipping cost (if the item received free shipping). This covers the payment processing I am charged when you buy something (I don't get this back when I issue a refund) and inspection/sanitization of the returned item(s).
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, I will issue the appropriate refund.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

To return your product, you should ship your product to: North Country Winds, 41 May Rd, Potsdam NY 13676, United States
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
When shipping a return, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
